Ingredients

  • Falafel Balls4
  • Whole Wheat Tortilla1
  • Hummus2 tbsp
  • Lettuce1 cup
  • Tomato1, sliced
  • Cucumber1/4, sliced
  • Tzatziki Sauce2 tbsp

Preparation

  1. Spread hummus on the whole wheat tortilla.
  2. Layer with lettuce, tomato slices, cucumber slices, and falafel balls.
  3. Drizzle with tzatziki sauce.
  4. Roll up the tortilla tightly and slice in half.
