Baked Salmon with Asparagus

Ingredients

  • Salmon Fillet1 (6 oz)
  • Asparagus1 bunch
  • Olive Oil1 tbsp
  • Garlic2 cloves, minced
  • Lemon1, sliced
  • Saltto taste
  • Pepperto taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place salmon fillet and asparagus on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place lemon slices on top of the salmon.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and asparagus is tender.
